Living income tells you what a farmer earns. It doesn’t tell you whether they can cover a medical bill, absorb a bad season, or see a future in cocoa. We piloted a lighter way to assess farmer wellbeing with 1,200 cocoa farmers in Ghana and Côte d’Ivoire.
