Achyut is an Analyst in the 60 Decibels' India team. Previously he worked as an engine researcher at Caterpillar Inc. Prior to joining, she worked in different roles in impact measurement and survey research, including working with United Nations Capital Development Fund and at an election analysis think-tank in India. Ashley Speyer is a Manager at 60 Decibels. Ashley started at Acumen in 2014 in the New York office, and then moved to Nairobi, Kenya. Prior to joining Acumen, Ashley worked at the Council on Foreign Relations in New York. Her passion for social entrepreneurship began in 2007 when she partnered with a women’s cooperative and founded a non-profit organization in Tanzania. Einar is the Director of Finance for 60 Decibels. Prior to 60 Decibels Einar was CFO for Storm Capital Management, a London-based asset management firm, for 10 years. Before that he held various senior finance roles for 10 years with the Sector Alarm group, a multi-national security firm.

Hilari is an Analyst based in the Nairobi office. Prior to joining the 60 Decibels, Hilari worked as a research assistant for the Kenya National Bureau Statistics and as a researcher for 60 Decibels. Hilari is an Actuarial Science graduate from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. Megan is the Director of Operations at 60 Decibels and is based in New York. Nate is a Senior Associate based in Oakland, CA. Before joining 60 Decibels, Nate held a number of roles in impact measurement and market research, including working for Kiva and a macroeconomic research and consultancy firm. Navya is an Analyst at 60 Decibels. Prior to joining 60 Decibels, she discovered her passion for social entrepreneurship while representing the US as one of 45 delegates from 35 countries at a month-long US Department of State hosted fellowship in 2014, and has since chased her passion through pursuing various projects through the American and Indian governments, research institutions, social initiatives of her own, and most recently in Chennai, India as a research and strategy analyst for the Stanford Institute for Innovation in the Developing Economies. Navya graduated in 2019 with her Bachelors Degree from Stanford University, where she served as the co-president of Stanford's premiere bureau responsible for speaker events, and continues to advise the vertical to date.
