
Srinidhi Balaji
Srinidhi is an Analyst based in 60 Decibels’ India office. She has a Master’s in Public Policy from National Law School of India University (NLSIU) and a Bachelor’s in Philosophy from Ashoka University, where she also completed concentrations in Economics and International Relations. During the course of her masters degree at NLSIU, she has performed and assisted with – both quantitative and qualitative – research primarily in areas such as labour, gender, and rural development. Her masters’ dissertation, for instance, was focused on measuring the complexity of conditions affecting female participation in MGNREGA in rural Karnataka. Outside of work, Srinidhi enjoys doing all things creative, exploring different cuisines, drinking lots of tea, and learning new skills.
