Pradyot is a Senior Associate based in 60 Decibels’ India office. Prior to 60 Decibels, Pradyot worked at Good Business Lab, a not-for-profit labour innovation research organization evaluating programs in skill development, financial and digital literacy. He has previously worked at IDinsight India and The Global Fund to fight AIDS, TB and Malaria. He has a Masters in Development Studies from IHEID, Geneva and Economics from IIT Madras. Outside of work, he enjoys playing board games and racquet sports, reading and catching up on movies and TV shows.
