Kasia is the Managing Director of Services at 60 Decibels and leads our Services work as well as overseeing the India and Kenya offices. Kasia started her career as a strategy consultant and went on to work at various start-ups in Nairobi, Jakarta and London including Innocent Drinks and M-Kopa. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School where she was also a Fulbright Scholar and Leadership Fellow, and a First Class degree in Economics and Management from Oxford University. Kasia loves nothing more than catching up on the latest gossip with friends or co-workers, eating an inordinate amount of Polish dumplings (see below), hitting the dancefloor, and escaping the city for a mountain hike.
