She has years of experience in the hospitality industry running business operations and striving to provide the perfect customer service journey. Before that, she spent some time as a counsellor working with a local NGO that provides free health services. Beth holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a professional certification in counselling. She loves reading and firmly believes that since chocolate comes from a plant, it counts as a salad!
