Sol is the Chief of Staff, based in 60 Decibels’ London office. Prior to 60 Decibels, Sol was a Strategy & Operations Manager at One Acre Fund, where she launched new products and services impacting over 500k smallholder farmers. Sol has also worked at the think tank AidData, impact investing firm Bridges Fund Management, and logistics startup hive.app. She holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MSc from the London School of Economics.
