Roshni is the Deputy Head of India Office. Prior to 60 Decibels, she was leading Partner Management for The/Nudge Institute as part of her LGT Impact fellowship. She has worked for the World Economic Forum, Mercer, Willis Towers Watson and the UK Govt. Actuary’s Department across Europe and Asia. Roshni is a UK qualified actuary, holds an MBA from INSEAD and Bachelors in Science in Actuarial Science from Bayes Business School, City University.Outside of work, Roshni enjoys pursuing her love for Bharatanatyam, reading, travelling, and trying out new places to eat. She is desperately trying to take stairs and do weekend treks to prepare for inadvertently signing up for a Kilimanjaro trek in June!
