Before joining 60 Decibels, she worked for 4 years as an agency Recruiter finding and hiring top talent for social impact organizations in Eastern Africa, and later as an in-house Recruiter at CloudFactory, a tech company that provides workforce solutions for machine learning and business process optimization. She has also worked as a Career Development Coach & Content Creator supporting entry – mid-level professionals in career development-related issues. She possesses a Bachelor’ degree in Human Resource Management.
